SHIPPING AND POLICIES
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If your order is placed between Monday - Friday it will ship out the following day that your order is placed. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on the following Monday after the weekend. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days during national holidays. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is charged, fulfilled and shipped.
All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. As of right now, we only offer shipping to the 48 States within the Continental United States. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping charge for most orders within the USA is $5.00 for USPS and $10.00 for UPS with free shipping on orders over $100.00.
Your Delivery Confirmation number or Tracking number which you can use to track your package will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking link to update with tracking information.
CANADIAN SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer Canadian or International Shipping at this time.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and as a result your package is undeliverable and returned to us by the mail carrier, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee in order to have the package redelivered to your correct address. We will only take returns if products have manufacturing defects or flaws. All returns will be considered on a conditional basis given the nature of the defect. Product defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. The Products must be sent back to the return address in the same box the order was shipped in. Returns must be shipped via UPS. If your product’s defect or flaw is accepted as a valid return, your purchase will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. A return UPS shipping label will be e-mailed to you once the return is approved.
In the rare event that a package is lost by the mail carrier, we will assist you in filing an investigation with the mail carrier in order to locate the package. If the package is still deemed lost after the investigation, we will refund the cost of the lost item. However, if the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number states that the package was delivered, then we will not be held responsible for a package that is claimed to be lost and will not be able to replace the lost items for you.
We accept exchanges only on full price merchandise that have manufacturing defects or flaws, which must be reported within 48 hours of when you receive your order. We do not accept exchanges on items perceived as inappropriate content or misperceived color shades. All images are fully representative of the items for sale. You can exchange for other merchandise or get store credit. All sale or discounted items are final sale. Exchanged merchandise must be received back by us in original unworn condition with all tags and/or stickers attached and in its original bag or box if applicable. Shoes must be sent back to us double-boxed and the shoebox must be in original undamaged condition. Shoes that are sent back to us in just their original shoebox will be refused.
In order to process an exchange, please follow the directions on the invoice included with your order and contact us for an RA#. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise in order to do an exchange. Original shipping cost will not be included in your exchange and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages sent back to us by the customer so we recommend purchasing necessary packaging and tracking to ensure proper delivery.
In the event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will exchange it for the correct merchandise. If your purchase qualifies for a return, a UPS return label will be emailed to you. If we cannot exchange it for the correct merchandise due to the item being sold out, we will issue you a full refund (excluding your original shipping cost) once the merchandise is returned back to us.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason ONLY.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
